A international education charity that truly cares about issues like climate change, gender equality, inclusion, helping refugees and wants to ensure the voices of young people are represented at all levels of decision-making and believe that education is the key to unlocking big change in these areas are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with experience in charities and/or campaigning. This is an opportunity to create and lead a digital marketing programme and shape it to meet the organisation's communication, fundraising and campaigning objectives for the next five years.

The role sits within their six-strong Communications and Content team, reporting to the Head of Digital Communications and with the remit to hire support agencies and freelancers as required to deliver programmes.

Main responsibilities will include:

• The post will lead on our digital marketing activities across:

• Paid Social: Setting up, running, reporting on and optimising the organisations paid social campaigns. Including lead-generation campaigns

• Google Ads: Overseeing their paid social consultant running Google Ads across their Google Grants and Paid accounts

• Display: Working with their dedicated platform to create and publish global campaigns

• This is a hands-on role; you must be self-sufficient to set up, buy, and run paid media campaigns.

• In 2023 the organisation will begin operating with a new Salesforce integration. Full training will be provided. Then the set-up and tracking of landing page performance and email marketing will also fall within the Senior Digital Marketing Manager's remit with support from external Salesforce specialists as needed.

• These responsibilities and functions may be adjusted slightly for the right candidate and over time as needs change.

Your experience will include:

• An interest in global issues and campaigning through digital channels
• Excellent written English and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow brand
• style, messaging, and tone-of-voice guidelines
• Experience developing campaigns across at least two of the following: paid social,
• Google ads and/or online display
• Experience working with campaign-specific landing pages and basic A/B testing
• Interesting in email marketing; what makes a good subject header? Which topics
• drive donations?
• Good at working with
